  • Support DoD Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process including POM issue paper development and review, budget exhibit development and defense, and execution planning, tracking, and analysis.
  • Coordinate with field activities, laboratories, and other organizations in support of the development, review, and updating of Tasking Planning Sheets (TPSs)
  • Respond to internal and external budget and financial inquiries
  • Perform program financial data analysis and reporting
  • Develop and review budgetary and financial program documentation
  • Generate SF 7300s Basis of Estimates and Obligation phasing plans (OPPs)


  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, economics, mathematics or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in BFM support
  • Dedication to high quality analysis and the ability to function with minimal supervision
  • Must be an analytical thinker with ability to communicate results in a concise manner
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) and other financial management databases and tools
  • Ability to obtain a SECRET Clearance is required, active SECRET Clearance preferred
  • Knowledge of DoD appropriation guidelines is also required
  • Experience working in prime contractor PMO a plus
  • DAWIA Certification or equivalency a plus
