    Responsibilities

    Essential Responsibilities:

    1. Annual Task planning to include coordination, tracking, assembly and assessment of Individual Task Management Plans as related to government and contractor activities.
    2. Analysis of Monthly financial reports from government field activities and contractors and development of a monthly assessment report.
    3. Data gathering using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other tools to respond to various financial inquiries including funds commitment, obligation, expenditure and funds expiration. 
    4. Develop correspondence, spreadsheets, and routine program analysis reports; maintain routine financial databases, and generate reports and documentation as directed.
    5. Perform other general administrative and program management tasks as directed by the customer.  Interface with customers and coordinate tasks with other contractors / Navy activities

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. 
    Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET level Security Clearance.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Specific experience in DoD Logistics financial / budget support, including funds status accounting and reconciliation, obligation phasing plans or equivalent, and development and maintenance of finance metrics is required. Experience in use of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) web-hosted tools is highly desired. Knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process, Navy financial / budgeting policies and procedures related to Operation & Maintenance, Navy (O&MN), Other Procurement, Navy (OPN), and Ship Construction, Navy (SCN) appropriations is required.  Liaison with Navy Field activities/ISEA’s and shipbuilders is required to support Individual Task Management Planning funding requests, document tracking and funding modifications.    

    Special Skills: Strong organizational and technical management skills, and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal skills with outstanding written and oral skills. PC skill in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required, with particular skill in Excel.
